THE OPENING CEREMONY
On Monday 1st. after registration, coffee and a
press conference, it is time at 10.00 o´clock to
open the Podcar City event.
Gunnar Hedberg, lord Mayor of the Uppsala Municipality
will open the event.
The Swedish state will be represented by Lars Zetterberg,
State Secretary to the Minister of Communication
