Dr. Jeon-Young Lee has graduated Seoul National University (BS in Electronics), KAIST (MS in Computer Science) and completed his Doctor’s Degree (Doctorat d’ etat) in Computer Science at Universite de Compiegne, Compiegne, FRANCE. He was one of the first professors at POSTECH University and was transferred to POSCO as Senior vice president at New business development department when he was Dean of research. Apart from being the chairman at Vectus, he is currently president for POSTECH Venture Capital Corp., Director of POSTECH Business Incubation Center, and Director of Pohang Techno-park international (PTI) development program while keeping the Professorship at POSTECH.

Abstract

This presentation is mainly about the status and future plan of the Vectus PRT development for the global market. An important part is the Vectus PRT Test track. Vectus aims to use the test site as a marketing tool as well as proving the reliability of the system. The test track can also be used for further technical development or client specific solutions.
